Once we have a clear understanding of your design requirements and have determined all your customized acrylic box needs, HotdashunPackaging will begin preparing various acrylic sheets of the required thickness, size, and color to facilitate the production of high-end acrylic boxes based on your detailed specifications.
Hotdashunpackaging uses a Sliding Table Saw to cut large acrylic sheets into manageable sizes. These cut acrylic sheets are then further processed using either a CNC Engraving Machine or a Laser Engraving Machine to achieve precise and accurate dimensions.
In particular, Laser Engraving Machines are especially advantageous due to their ability to provide more precise and intricate cutting. By utilizing laser technology, these machines can perform complex and detailed engraving or cutting on acrylic blocks, ensuring a high level of accuracy in achieving the desired dimensions of the acrylic sheets.
To ensure smooth and burr-free edges on the cut acrylic sheets, Hotdashun Packaging utilizes advanced acrylic polishing machines to enhance the glossiness and transparency of acrylic products.
We have both double-sided diamond polishing machines and single-sided diamond polishing machines, which enable us to efficiently process and mass-produce acrylic products.
This step involves shaping the cut acrylic blocks into the desired box form. Hotdashun Packaging offers both the overall acrylic thermal bending process and the localized acrylic thermal bending process. The acrylic sheets are heated to a specific temperature and then carefully bent or molded into the desired shape using wooden molds.
Acrylic thermal bending machines are typically used for localized thermal bending processes. Ovens, on the other hand, are commonly used for the overall thermal bending of large acrylic sheets.
By the design of the acrylic box, it is required to connect the acrylic components using adhesive.
Before applying the adhesive, our workers thoroughly clean and dry the surfaces of the acrylic blocks that need to be bonded. Subsequently, they apply the adhesive to the edges of the acrylic and meticulously align and apply pressure to ensure a robust bond.
To achieve a beautiful and refined appearance of the assembled acrylic box, further finishing is required.
A buffing machine is used to polish any scratches or imperfections on the surface of the acrylic box, ensuring a smooth finish on both the surface and edges.
Hotdashunpackaging implements stringent quality control management throughout every step of acrylic box production. Each process undergoes rigorous dimensional, alignment, and visual inspections to ensure that the acrylic boxes meet the required standards. Once the acrylic boxes pass the quality control checks, they are carefully cleaned and then securely packaged for international shipping.
